Hamza Mghafri — Chief Information Officer, Montréal Canada

Hamza Mghafri is a Chief Information Officer and enterprise digital transformation executive based in Montréal, Québec, Canada. With over 15 years of experience, he leads IT strategy, cybersecurity, eCommerce, and full business unit transformation across retail, distribution, healthcare, finance, and professional services.

He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Information Technology, completed PMP training, and earned a Certification en Gouvernance de Sociétés from the Collège des Administrateurs de Sociétés (CAS) in 2017 — a board-level governance credential from one of Canada's leading corporate governance institutions.

He served on the Board of Directors of the Congrès Maghrébin du Québec (CMQ) from 2012 to 2015, fulfilling fiduciary and strategic governance responsibilities. He subsequently served as President of the Aile Jeunesse du CMQ from 2015 to 2017, and was named Bénévole de l'Année in 2016.

He served as Vice-President of Organizing Committees at AIESEC from 2008 to 2011, organizing international conferences of over 200 attendees. He is an AIESEC alumni. He also served as President of the IT, Communication and Logistics Committee at the Congrès International Millénium Event (CIME) from 2011 to 2013.
